There is no shortage of places to buy pet gear online. Most of them sell thousands of near-identical items and leave you to work out which one is worth your money.
Lovepaws works the other way round. We carry a small, deliberately narrow range — around a dozen products at any time — and each one earns its place by solving a problem pet owners actually run into. A dog that inhales dinner in nine seconds. A cat that walks past the water bowl all day. A shepherd that blows its coat across the living room every spring. Fireworks in July.
How we choose what we stock
Before anything goes on the site, we ask three questions:
- Does it solve a real problem? Not a novelty, not a gimmick — something that makes a genuine difference to a pet's day or an owner's week.
- Is it well made enough to last? Cheap pet gear is expensive, because you buy it twice.
- Would we put it in front of our own pets? If the answer is no, it doesn't get listed.
That's why you'll find a slow feeder, a snuffle mat and a calming vest here, and not four hundred variations on a squeaky toy.
We ship worldwide
We started in Switzerland and we deliver to over 200 countries and territories, with prices shown in your own currency. Wherever you are, the same range and the same 30-day promise apply.
Being honest about how we ship
You deserve to know how this works. Our products ship directly from our supply partners' warehouses rather than from a shop floor. That's the reason our prices sit well below what a high street pet shop would charge for the same items.
The trade-off is time. Expect 7–14 business days in Switzerland and Europe, 10–18 in the UK, North America, Australia, New Zealand and Japan, and 12–25 further afield. We'd rather put that plainly on every page than promise next-day delivery and leave you refreshing a tracking number. If you need something urgently, message us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
What we promise
- 30 days to change your mind, anywhere in the world. Pet products are hard to judge until your pet has tried them. If it isn't right, we'll take it back.
- A real reply within one business day. From a person who has read your message.
- No invented reviews. When you see feedback on this site, it came from a customer who actually bought the product. Until then, you'll see our guarantees instead — which we think are worth more than a wall of five-star quotes from people who don't exist.
- No surprises at checkout. Shipping is shown in full before you pay. Where your country charges import duty, we tell you that upfront rather than letting the courier break the news.
- Sizing help before you buy. Message us your pet's chest measurement and we'll tell you which size to order. It saves you a return and saves us a refund.
