Choosing a size

Your pet should be able to lie on their side with room to spare. If they're between sizes, go up — a mat that's slightly too big still works, one that's too small won't get used.

M — 62 × 50 cm: cats and small dogs, roughly up to 7 kg
L — 70 × 55 cm: medium dogs, roughly up to 14 kg
XL — 100 × 70 cm: large dogs, roughly up to 27 kg

Place it somewhere your pet already likes to rest rather than moving them onto it — most pets find it themselves within a day or two.

CHF 3.90 within Switzerland, CHF 5.90 worldwide — one flat rate per order, however many items you buy. Free on orders over CHF 60.

We ship to over 200 countries and territories. Dispatched within 1–3 business days, then:

Switzerland & Europe — 7–14 business days
UK, US, Canada, Australia, NZ, Japan — 10–18 business days
Everywhere else — 12–25 business days

Tracking arrives by email at dispatch. It can take 2–5 days to start updating, and long routes go quiet between scans — that's normal.

Your country may charge import duty or VAT on arrival. Those are set by your government, not by us. Most of our products fall under common duty-free thresholds, so most customers pay nothing extra.

30-day returns, worldwide

If it isn't right for your pet, you have 30 days from delivery — wherever you are.

Arrived faulty or damaged? Don't post it back. Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full including shipping. In almost every case we won't ask for the item back, so your refund goes out straight away rather than waiting on a parcel.

Changed your mind? The return postage is yours, and from outside Europe that can cost more than the product. So message us about sizing first — we'll help you choose and it costs you nothing.

An item tried on once for fit still counts, as long as it comes back clean and undamaged.
