This is one of our two large items. It is bulky and heavy enough that a single parcel costs us several times more to send than anything else we stock, so it carries its own rate rather than that cost being spread across every other product. The rest of our range ships at CHF 3.90 in Switzerland and CHF 5.90 worldwide, free over CHF 60.

We ship to over 200 countries and territories. Dispatched within 1–3 business days, then:

• Switzerland & Europe — 7–14 business days
• UK, US, Canada, Australia, NZ, Japan — 10–18 business days
• Everywhere else — 12–25 business days

Tracking arrives by email at dispatch. It can take 2–5 days to start updating, and long routes go quiet between scans — that's normal.

Your country may charge import duty or VAT on arrival. Those are set by your government, not by us. Larger items like this one are more likely than our smaller products to exceed a duty-free threshold, so it is worth checking your local limit before ordering — or ask us and we will help you work it out.

If it isn't right for your pet, you have 30 days from delivery — wherever you are.

Arrived faulty or damaged? Don't post it back. Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full including shipping. In almost every case we won't ask for the item back, so your refund goes out straight away rather than waiting on a parcel.

Changed your mind? The return postage is yours, and on an item this size that can be expensive — particularly from outside Europe. So message us first if you are unsure whether it suits your car, your home or your pet. We'll help you decide and it costs you nothing.

Check the dimensions listed above against the space you have in mind — the boot or back seat of your car, or the spot where the feeder will sit. We list measurements in centimetres; send us inches and we'll convert.

Not sure it will fit? Send us the measurement before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it will work. It saves you a return, and on an item this size a return is not cheap.
